Heat, Watering and Delivery Conditions

We take extra care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive. All plants are watered as they are loaded onto the truck before heading out for delivery. However, during warmer weather and longer routes, plants can naturally dry out while in transit.

Once your delivery arrives, we recommend giving your plants a good drink as soon as possible, especially during hot or windy conditions. This helps them settle in quickly and reduces transplant stress.

Delivery Info

  • The above shipping prices apply to plants up to 100L in size. For plants larger than 100L, a custom shipping quote will be required. Please contact us for a tailored delivery estimate for your order.

  • Please note that all deliveries are handled by our own Nursery Warehouse vans and trucks. We do not use Australia Post or any other postal or courier services. All drivers are directly employed by Nursery Warehouse.

  • Our drivers will place your plants in a safe and accessible spot at the front of your property. Please note they are unable to carry items through homes, side access, or into backyards.

  • For semi-advanced to advanced plant sizes (100L pots and above), the driver may require one or more people on-site to assist with safe unloading.

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the plants in a safe and secure location within your front boundary.

  • We generally deliver Wednesday to Friday, however during busy periods we may also deliver on weekends or outside of standard trading hours to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
