Refund policy

At Nursery Warehouse, we believe that the best relationships are built on choice, transparency, and flexibility. Our Terms of Sale are designed for simplicity so you can get on with the more important matters.

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the relevant Australian Consumer Law, as amended and in place from time to time. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@nurserywarehouse.com.au. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will be responsible for arranging the return via drop-off or courier service with tracking.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item(s).

All return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion.
