Refund policy

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be accepted once an order has been processed, sourced from our suppliers and/or prepared for collection or dispatched.

Where a cancellation is accepted due to a change of mind, an administration and/or restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover costs already incurred in processing, sourcing, handling or preparing your order. The maximum cost will be 50% of your total order value. 

Any credit card, debit card, PayPal or other payment processing surcharge or fee charged at the time of purchase is non-refundable to the extent that the fee has been incurred and is not recoverable by Nursery Warehouse.

Where plants or products have been specially ordered or sourced specifically to fulfil your order, cancellation may not be accepted once the order has been placed with our supplier.

Nothing in this cancellation policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
