Goods Damaged Upon Arrival - Third Party Services
At Nursery Warehouse, we take pride in ensuring that each plant is of the highest quality, carefully packed, and transported using trusted third-party services to arrive in perfect condition. If your plant is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team at returns@nurserywarehouse.com.au to initiate an internal investigation.
Once your claim is validated, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If the item is out of stock, we can offer a substitute or give you the option to wait until the item is restocked.
Please note that while we prioritise timely and secure deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays or damage that may occur during transit. Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
