Lomandra filiformis ‘Savanna Blue™’ is a compact Australian native grass-like plant prized for its fine texture and distinctive blue foliage. Its low-growing habit makes it an excellent choice for borders, groundcover and modern garden designs where contrasting foliage can create a strong visual effect.
Growing to approximately 30cm high and wide, ‘Savanna Blue™’ is well suited to mass planting and specimen gardens. It performs reliably in full sun to part shade and tolerates both drought and frost. This versatile Lomandra adapts to a wide range of soils and has demonstrated particularly good performance in wetter conditions compared with other blue-foliaged confertifolia types.
