Crassula rogersii, commonly called Velvet Crassula, is a small, highly branched succulent shrub prized for its dense, velvety foliage and compact growth habit. Its erect to decumbent stems are fleshy and green, turning a rich reddish-brown as they age.
The club-shaped leaves are covered in fine white hairs, giving them a soft, velvety texture. In sunny conditions, the leaf tips and margins develop striking red highlights, adding seasonal colour and visual interest. Ideal for rockeries, succulent gardens, and container plantings, Crassula rogersii is low-maintenance and highly drought-tolerant once established.
