Duranta Erecta 'Gold' (Golden Duranta)

Duranta Erecta 'Gold' (Golden Duranta) is a vibrant evergreen shrub admired for its striking golden-yellow foliage and naturally dense, bushy growth habit. Its bright leaves provide year-round colour and contrast, making it an excellent choice for hedges, borders and ornamental garden displays. The golden foliage becomes particularly vibrant in full sun, creating a beautiful feature in both formal and informal landscapes.

Ideal for low hedging, garden borders, mass planting, topiary and decorative containers, Golden Duranta thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers fertile, well-drained soil. It is relatively drought-tolerant once established and responds well to regular pruning, allowing it to be shaped into neat hedges or compact ornamental shrubs. Its fast-growing nature and colourful foliage make it a popular choice for adding structure and brightness to gardens.
