Furcraea Parmentieri is a striking evergreen succulent valued for its bold, architectural form and distinctive blue-green foliage. Long, sword-shaped leaves emerge in a dense rosette and gradually form an upright trunk as the plant matures, creating an impressive feature for contemporary, coastal and water-wise landscapes. Its cool-toned foliage provides excellent contrast against darker plants, gravel and stone.
Highly drought tolerant once established, Century Furcraea thrives in sunny positions with freely draining soil and requires very little ongoing maintenance. Mature specimens may eventually produce a spectacular towering flower spike covered with creamy green to white, bell-shaped flowers. Customers will appreciate its dramatic appearance, low water requirements and ability to provide dependable structure throughout the year.
