Grevillea 'Canterbury Gold' (Canterbury Gold Grevillea) is a vibrant and hardy Australian native shrub celebrated for its spectacular golden-yellow flower clusters and dense, spreading growth habit. This popular hybrid features fine, fern-like foliage that provides an attractive backdrop for the abundant spider-like flowers that appear throughout much of the year. The nectar-rich blooms are a favourite of honeyeaters and other nectar-feeding birds, making it an excellent choice for wildlife gardens.
Ideal for mass plantings, slopes, banks, or as a feature shrub, 'Canterbury Gold' thrives in well-drained soils and full sun. It demonstrates excellent drought tolerance once established and is also frost-resistant. This low-maintenance grevillea is particularly valued for its long flowering season, compact growth habit, and ability to provide year-round colour and interest in the garden.
