Kunzea capitata – Pink Kunzea

Kunzea capitata is a hardy Australian native shrub with a naturally spreading to upright growth habit. It typically grows between 50cm and 1m tall, although mature plants can reach up to 2m under favourable conditions.

The plant produces attractive rounded flower heads at the ends of its branches, with blooms ranging from pink and purple to occasional white. Its small, narrow leaves have gently recurved tips, creating a fine-textured appearance that complements the colourful flowers.

A versatile native shrub, Kunzea capitata is well suited to native gardens, informal screening, wildlife-friendly plantings and naturalistic landscapes.
