Lomandra Fluviatilis ‘ABU7’ Shara™ (Shara Lomandra) is a tough, compact Australian native grass-like plant with fine blue-grey to green strappy foliage and masses of yellow flower spikes held above the leaves. Its neat clumping habit makes it ideal for borders, mass planting, roadside landscapes, rain gardens, and low-maintenance native garden designs. Shara™ is commonly listed at around 45–55cm high and 50cm wide, making it a practical choice for dense landscape planting.

This variety is an excellent choice for customers wanting a hardy, reliable, and attractive plant that performs well in both wet and dry conditions. Shara™ Lomandra is known for strong drought tolerance, frost tolerance, and very good Phytophthora tolerance, making it suitable for humid regions and heavier soils where many plants may struggle. Its deep-rooting habit also makes it useful for erosion control, while its soft foliage gives it a tidy, garden-friendly appearance.
