Lomandra ‘Lime Tuff’ is a compact, hardy Australian native grass-like perennial valued for its bright lime-green foliage and neat, rounded growth habit. Its fine, strappy leaves form dense clumps that provide year-round colour, texture and structure in garden landscapes. Supplied as a tissue-cultured plant, it offers a convenient way to establish uniform plantings for borders, mass planting and low-maintenance garden designs.
Ideal for garden edging, pathways, borders, commercial landscapes and erosion-control plantings, Lomandra ‘Lime Tuff’ adapts to a range of growing conditions once established. It performs best in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil, although it can tolerate dry periods and a variety of soil types. This resilient plant requires minimal maintenance and generally needs little pruning. Remove damaged foliage when necessary to keep the clump looking fresh and tidy.
