Melaleuca thymifolia ‘Cotton Candy’ is a dense, naturally mounded Australian native shrub admired for its fine foliage and charming pink bottlebrush flowers. The nectar-rich blooms can appear sporadically throughout the year, providing long-lasting colour and attracting beneficial wildlife such as birds and butterflies.
Its small leaves and compact growth make ‘Cotton Candy’ particularly well suited to low hedges, borders and informal garden screens. Hardy and adaptable, it offers good frost and drought tolerance once established. An occasional light trim encourages denser growth and helps maintain its attractive rounded form.
