Pot Size

Olea europaea (Dwarf Olive Tree) is a compact evergreen shrub or small tree prized for its elegant Mediterranean appearance and manageable size. Its slender grey-green leaves have distinctive silvery undersides, creating attractive colour and texture throughout the year. Its naturally compact habit makes it an excellent choice for courtyards, containers, small gardens, low hedges and sunny feature areas.

Hardy and drought tolerant once established, Dwarf Olive Tree performs best in full sun and freely draining soil. It requires little ongoing maintenance and responds well to pruning, allowing it to be shaped into a tidy shrub, hedge or small feature tree. Some dwarf cultivars also produce cream-white flowers followed by olives, while others are primarily grown as fruitless ornamentals, so fruit production will depend on the cultivar supplied.
