Olea europaea ‘Paragon’ is an evergreen olive cultivar valued for its attractive silvery-grey foliage, Mediterranean character and edible fruit. When supplied as a standard, the plant has been trained with a clear single trunk and a rounded canopy, creating a formal, architectural appearance ideal for entrances, courtyards and feature planting.

Small creamy-white flowers appear in spring and may be followed by olives that mature from green to darker purple-black. It performs best in full sun and well-drained soil and becomes drought tolerant once established. Standard specimens benefit from occasional pruning to maintain their rounded canopy and neat shape.
