Plectranthus ciliatus ‘Troy’s Gold’, sometimes known as ‘Kelly’s Gold’, is a striking evergreen foliage plant prized for its bright lemon-yellow leaves beautifully marked with contrasting green blotches. The vivid variegation creates an eye-catching display, making this spreading plant an excellent choice for adding colour and texture to shaded garden spaces.

With its naturally spreading habit, ‘Troy’s Gold’ is particularly attractive in hanging baskets, containers and raised planters where its stems can cascade gracefully over the edges. It performs best in bright filtered light or partial shade and should be protected from hot, direct sun, which can scorch the colourful foliage.

Once established in the landscape, this hardy variety can tolerate relatively dry conditions. Container-grown plants benefit from regular watering, allowing the growing medium to become slightly dry between waterings.
