Salvia 'African Sky', commonly known as African Sky Sage. This hardy evergreen shrub produces masses of striking sky-blue flowers with contrasting dark calyces from spring through autumn, creating a spectacular display that attracts bees, butterflies, and other beneficial pollinators. Its upright, bushy habit and aromatic green foliage make it an excellent choice for borders, cottage gardens, mixed perennial beds, and water-wise landscapes.
African Sky Sage thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, where it flowers prolifically with very little maintenance. Highly tolerant of heat and drought once established, it is an ideal choice for low-maintenance gardens and long-lasting seasonal colour. Its extended flowering period, colourful blooms, and resilient nature make it a standout feature in both contemporary and traditional garden designs.
